The ticket office at the CFF station opens at 07:00am.
Attention: Parties are requested to check in by written notice because of limited seating space in regular tourist trains. Without reservation there is no claim for group transport!
Parties are recommended to charter their own special train.
Special Trains
Special public trains:
- Easther: 3 th – 6 th April 2010; departure 8:30
- Fullmoon trip with music and dancing (if the weather is fine!): 26 th June, 25 th July and 24 th August; departure 19:30
- Klassic concert in Water Valley: 16 th July; departure 17:00
- Rock concert in Water Valley: 7 th August; departure 17:00
- Christmas days: 26 th, 29 th December and 2nd January 2011; departure 8:30
- New Year’s Eve party: 31 th December; departure 20:00
Parties, Groups, Companies etc. may charter their own train through the full year, on demand also with service.
The cheapest alternative is a historical diesel motor unit with up to 25 seats. This motor unit may be ordered on short notice. Rates starting at 180 Euro depending on the route and duration of your travel.
A train with steam loco has to be ordered at least two days prior to travel date. Rates depending on the route and duration of your travel and on the number of wagons, starting at 800 Euro.
Forestry and Logging Trains
Through the whole year without standing time table, on order of the forestry needs.
External Persons are not authorized to travel in forestry trains.
